Nestled in the valley along the 1st Branch of Vermont's White River our 35-acre farm combines a long tradition of farming with a fresh perspective.  Anissa is a multi-generation Vermonter with deep roots in this valley and Mike has set roots in Tunbridge after growing up in the Midwest and other New England states.  We balance raising three active sons and jobs off the farm with caring for the animals and farm. 

Another Button Farm specializes in providing delicious pasture raised meats and heritage breed Tamworth pigs.  Our goal is to share the flavor of our Vermont farm with you. 

Our Herd

We are committed to the flavor of heritage pork.  This fall we will welcome the first off-spring of a new Large Black boar from Mad Knight Heritage Farm in Maine.  We now have gilts/sows of three heritage breeds.  Our two Large Black sows, Apple and Autumn, two Tamworths, Lucky and Star, and two Berkshire gilts.  Whether you are interested in feeder piglets to raise for your family or breeding stock you will be impressed by the strength of heritage breed pigs.

Pasture Raised Meat

PORK
During the winter we pasture raise our hardy, heritage pigs.  Sheltered by hoop huts atop a sunny hillside the pigs are feed grain from Morrison's Custom Feeds, hay and a small amount of milk.  They are ready for processing beginning late each spring.  Please contact us to arrange for a whole, half or individual cuts.

CHICKEN
The Freedom Ranger chickens are available frozen.  They were processed on the farm and shrink packaged.  Whole birds are available for $3.25 per pound.
